The ECO Clean approach

The right care.
For your fabric.

A beautiful sofa deserves more than a one-size-fits-all treatment. Its fabric, its construction, its everyday life — they all matter.

Material before method

The fabric, finish and filling guide the cleaning decision.

Care around your furniture

Flooring, nearby finishes and access belong in the plan.

Honest drying advice

No universal drying promise. Conditions and materials matter.

A simple start

A little information.
A considered clean.

From the first photo to the final drying advice, know what to expect.

  1. 01

    Show us what needs care.

Tell us about the furniture, the marks and your location. A full view, a fabric close-up and a photo of any stains are a useful start.

  2. 02

    Agree the details.

Discuss the material, likely results, price and access. Choose a suitable appointment with enough time for drying.

  3. 03

    Clean, with care.

The planned approach begins with an on-site check and protection of the surrounding area, followed by suitable treatment and aftercare guidance.

Sofa & upholstery care

Keep the memories.
Let go of the marks.

Sunday mornings. Afternoon naps. One more cup of coffee. The signs of a well-loved sofa don’t always need to become permanent.

Tell us what happened, and what you’ve already tried. We’ll start with the material and a realistic conversation about what cleaning can achieve.

Good questions, clear answers

Before we
get started.

All frequently asked questions
How much does upholstery cleaning cost?

The quote depends on the size and number of items, fabric, condition and access to your property. Include a full view of each item, close-ups of marks and your location. The scope and price should be agreed before any work begins.

How long will my sofa or mattress take to dry?

Drying depends on the fabric, filling, cleaning method, ventilation and humidity. Allow a suitable drying window before using the furniture again. A specific estimate can only be given after assessing the item and the conditions in your home.

Can every stain be removed?

No. Some spills permanently alter fibres or dyes, and older marks may be harder to treat. Tell us what caused the stain and what you have already applied. Cleaning can remove soiling; it cannot reverse sun fading, worn fabric or damaged fibres.

Is extraction cleaning suitable for every fabric?

No single method suits every material. The care label, fibre, dye stability and construction need to be checked first. Delicate fabrics, water-sensitive covers and certain fillings may need a different approach or specialist referral.

What should I do before a cleaning visit?

Remove small personal items and clear a safe route to the furniture. Tell us about stairs, lift access, parking and delicate flooring. Avoid applying household stain removers in advance, and keep the care label available if you have it.
